On the morning of August 17, the Fifth session- 2nd Council meeting of Lao Niu Foundation was held in Hohhot.
Hohhot • August 2023 The meeting was chaired by President Lei Yongsheng and attended by directors who are Wang Yonghong, An Yaqiang, Li Lu (online), Zhang Hongyan, SaRentuoya, Zhao Guanjun, Niu Ben (online) and Niu Qiong; Supervisor Zhang Wulong attended the meerting. The founder and honorary president of the foundation Niu Gensheng, founding family member Chen Xiaopeng, head of Yuqing Family office Yang Pinyan attended the meeting online, and some of the staff of the foundation attended the meeting. At the meeting, a total of four topics were heard, discussed and deliberated, which are "Nomination of members of the Third Investment Committee", "Proposal on additional" Special expenses ", "Proposal on Related Party transactions" and "Proposal on Reviewing the Basic Management System".
In the afternoon, the directors/supervisors, together with all staffs of the foundation, representatives of Hohhot Branch of Inner Mongolia Daqingshan Nature Reserve Administration and China Entrepreneurs Club, went to "Guluban Forest Farm" to participate in the 2023 China Green Company Forum "Carbon neutral" project tree planting activities and unveiling ceremony, and experienced the practical activities of "cultivating people, trees and nature Education" in the alpine grassland of Chilechuan.
